    Katie was super helpful to me. She helped me buy my first home. She was available on weekends and evenings. She really even went outside of her normal area to help me out. She went outside of her normal market location to show me homes in another location. She was able to accommodate my work schedule as well.

    Katie kept me calm by explaining everything perfectly along the way. I am a panicky person so during the sale of my house, I may have worked myself up a bit and Katie was able to simmer me right now. We worked with a very disorganized appraisal and would ask us one question of concern every week so time was ticking by and was very stressful for me. We have to have tremendous patience with this process and I did not. Katie was wonderful though!!

    I recent bought my first home and Katie was there for me every step along the way. Whenever I had a questions, she was there to help. At one point during my homebuying process we ran in to a problem ouside of our control and she got to the bottom of it and made sure the problem was resolved. Katie made my first time home buying expirence less scary. I have bragged since my about how great Katie was and i have reffered her to friends and family looking to buy or sell a house. If and when I decide to move, Katie will be my first call.

She did virtual showings with us over FaceTime, and she made sure to show us every little detail of each home. She was always very responsive, had great advice and answers to all of our questions, and truly cared about finding us the home we were looking for.     I have worked with a few different real-estate agents and Katie is by far the best agent I have worked with. Even though this is a difficult market we were still able to secure a home with a creative offer and had everything wrapped up and done within a month. She was extremely attentive, punctual, accommodating and knowledgeable about the market. Most agents will not go to the extent she does, she is actually helpful! In my personal experience with agents they have not been very helpful but a necessary nuisance. She has showed me the importance of a good real-estate agent!Thank you!
